WOD (Workout of the Day)

Our daily workouts are designed to combine components of weightlifting, gymnastics & metabolic conditioning. Constantly varying the weight, length and degrees of intensity to get the best possible results from your time in the box. These fully coached sessions are totally scalable so that even if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym before we can adapt the wod to suit your current ability & help you achieve all of your fitness & lifestyle goals.

Weightlifting Club

Danum CrossFit Weightlifting club is an outstanding opportunity for both the beginner & advanced lifter to focus on their Snatch & Clean & Jerk technique.

Our programming is designed to be accessible for those looking to improve their lifting during WOD’s or those who are looking to focus solely on the two classic lifts. The sessions are put together to allow progression to take place by breaking down the lifts and hitting specific drills & exercises so that those Personal Bests keep on coming.
