What do you actually do in a CrossFit class?
Our daily workouts or WOD are designed to combine components of weightlifting, gymnastics & metabolic conditioning. Constantly varying the weight, length and degrees of intensity to get the best possible results from your time in the box. These fully coached sessions are totally scalable so that even if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym before we can adapt the wod to suit your current ability & help you achieve all of your fitness & lifestyle goals.
But what if I’ve never done this before?
The great thing about CrossFit is that it really is accessible to everyone – all the exercises/movements are scalable, so anyone can do them. You don’t have to have done it before to join our gym, we have membership option specifically aimed at new starters and CrossFit beginners and you can started as soon as you like. So how much is it?
We have multiple memberships catered to everyones lifestyles – our memberships start at £48 per month and our most common is £62 per month this gives you full use of our gym when we are open, plus unlimited access to all of our classes.
What do I need to do to get started?
We welcome you to try a CrossFit Lite class to see how fun and challenging CrossFit can be!
Our CrossFit Lite sessions are a starting point where you will learn the main movements/exercises, and also give our coaches a chance to assess you in terms of your flexibility, mobility and also ask you questions, such as any injuries we need to know about and to help us get to know you.
